Subject description: What printer should I buy?

I'm wondering what laser printers are most compatible with Fatdog64. I'm running version 702, but could easily upgrade. I think some guidance from people who have succeeded in setting up their printers could be useful.

What printers are working best for the group here?

As always,

VVV

Me ? I buy the cheapest available when the kids are going back to school and I buy 4 of them .
Last one I bought was 4 HP Deskjet2131 for $19 each
When the ink runs out put the old ink cartridge aside , carefully open the next box and extract the inks and put back the expired in the box.

Edit -Bought Jan -first ink run out ,black April14th.

Mark "No Inks" on the box of course , tape it up and throw them in an auction or garage sale once a year. I usually get $10 -$20 each for them .

If you need Lasers then there will be a way to do this with your chosen model.
The big cost is always replacement inks or cartridges .
Usually a bit of research will give you the driver you need if they don't work out of the box.
Search my name and there are install needs for HP and Canon and other people on here also do a good job of explaining what you need if you should need anything .

Puppy has a huge bank of available printer drivers built in.
