Is there any Easy OS for Intel architecture?

I saw that Easy OS is for amd64 architecture not intel. Is there any Easy OS for Intel architecture?

Welcome to Puppyland, Denny00.
It means that it is for 64bit machines, not 32bit machines. Intel or AMD, doesn't matter. You could also say x86-64 or intel 64. AMD was the first one to use this 64bit architecture.

Mind, Easy is still experimental and maybe not so easy if you are new to linux.

amd64 doesn't mean AMD vs intel. It only means 64 bit as opposed to 32 bit. However, you posted in the wrong section. Your question isn't a project, and as such it wiill be considered as spam. Please send a PM to Flash and ask him to move this thread to some other place.

In summary: Intel's attempt to enter 64-bit was called Itanium (abbreviated IA-64), then they mostly dropped the idea and went with AMD's idea too, so it is really amd64 for both now (you probably don't have a Itanium brand / IA-64 CPU :) ).
