Fotoxx-18.07 can be downloaded as deb files for Ubuntu 16.04, 17.10, 18.04 and derivatives, or as an AppImage.

Surprisingly, while fotoxx is light, it can do a lot in terms of photo editing.

The developer has developed fotoxx for more than a decade, with incremental enhancements and regular bug fixes. 32-bit fotoxx is not developed anymore, but is still usable. If you look for it, you should find it in some PPM.

It comes as a surprise to me that as a light photo manager/editor, it is not featured in every light distros for photo editing.
