Thanks, I actually ripped it from an rpm package using unrpm then converted it to a .pet.

Does that convert it directly to a .pet?, because I like to see whats in the package before I convert it.

For example the reason I used the .rpm and not the .deb in this case was because it contained a kde version of 3d mahjongg which I'm guessing won't work in puppy and I would have never known if I didn't look inside.

It does look like an interesting tool though i'll have to try it out sometime.

Yes, it converts straight to pet, but you could make a pause in script or something which lets you look into unpacked folder first before repacking.
Add some dialog maybe simple xmessage that says make changes then click ok to continue.

This looks fun, but it's not giving me a download link. Just stupid 25 free ringtones.

PostPosted: Tue 25 Jan 2011, 20:36    Post subject: problem running

I have downloaded and installed this program, but it will not run. Checking dependencies produced the message missing "llibqt-mt.so.3". How can I get and install this file?
Thanks in advance
Peter

Download and install the qt-3.3.8 pet linked to in the first post (under "Dependencies:"). Also, do you have OpenGL support installed?

The goal of Mahjong Solitaire is to respond to open pairs of identical tiles, removing them from the board. "Open" tiles are those that can be transferred to the left or right without disturbing any neighbor tiles. The tiles are removed, they expose more open tiles available for play. The game ends when all tiles have been removed from the table, a few at a time. The game also ends when there are no exposed pairs remaining open.

to get it to work in lupu 525 you need to make a system link from /lib/libpng12.so.0.42.0 to /lib/libpng.so.3 then it plays fine.
