I think I placed a link to where from I took the theme on gnome-look in default.theme.

I would simply have thought credit where credit is due... there is no mention of the original author within any of the pet files so if someone acquires the theme from a third party they would be given the wrong impression as to who did the original artwork.

I linked to where from I took theme I modified. If they have link to original author on their site then those who visit will see it. If not, I couldn't know neither. I will repackage pet or remove it from download completely if you insist, it's no problem to me. I just don't feel like puttin url's in puppy menu or displaying splash messages when installing pet, it's so spamish and window-ish that it's disgusting. If users want to find out who did it they will follow links or ask here in thread. I never said that it's my creation, I was specific when I said that we "ripped" theme from another one, so it's clone of metacity theme.
Following is from Azenis mod pet of mine which extracts to /root/.fluxbox/Azenis_flux_mod/theme.cfg
!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
! Based on Azenis metacity theme for gnome:

If someone follows that link they will see long description of azenis which says that it was originally windows blinds theme.

Open a free account at http://photobucket.com/, copy and paste the ROFL.gif into the account and knock yourself out. ( Incidentally I have tried to find out who made the original, but no-one seems to want to take credit for it... it's been around so long that the artist's name has been lost  )

This is an old thread! Question: Is there anyone still using Fluxbox? If so, here are a very large number of excellent styles, all packaged as *tar,bz.2 downloads. Well worth having a look at. http://www.tenr.de/styles/
I'm using an assortment with Puppy Fluxbox 412 - they work a treat! :D. A very generous release.

Yes, I'm still using fluxbox every day! In fact one of those styles @ tenr.de is default style on my laptop, take a look at screenshots thread here

But thanks for pointing this out, maybe I should edit first post to include links for fluxbox resources

I forgot to add the correct image for the toolbar. It's updated now on the same page.

I've created an official port of the Amiga OS 4 Zami theme for Fluxbox:

Image

Follow the instructions to move the close button to the left:

http://box-look.org/content/show.php?content=169706

Emphasis on port. I did not create these images myself from scratch. They are derived from screenshots of the official theme.

A Windows 98 Fluxbox theme from scratch. It's mostly complete, but still needs some refining:

Feedback can help me finalize it.

Cold Steel theme for Fluxbox, to match this GTK theme of the same name:

I did not create the GTK theme - just this attached fluxbox theme.
