"I have Netgear_Wn111_N300_Wireless-N_Usb_Adapter"
, don 570 told us.
I trust him, i will buy one for my laptop Acer aspire 1654 (2004) because the internal mini PCI cards with WPA-compatible Intel 2200BG. are not so efficient (no wireless even with windows XP (my daughter's computer).

Anybody knows if this is compatible with Puppy (less expensive) :
Dimensions : env. 55 × 25 × 9 mm | Couleur : noir | Compatibilité : Microsoft® Windows® 8.1 (32/64 bits), Windows® 8 (32/64 bits), Windows® 7 (32/64 bits), Windows® Vista (32/64 bits), Windows® XP (32/64 bits), Windows® 2000, MacOS ainsi que Raspberry Pi

Hi Pelo...

I would need the chip or device ID number to be able to tell you anything. I can't seem to find anything useful concerning this particular brand and model other than this page, indicating a similar or identical adapter as having a Realtek chipset. I can't find anything on Wikidevi or Passy's concerning CSL, whom I'm assuming is the manufacturer. :(

Is this the adapter here?

EDIT: This model appears to be Linux compatible. :)

Regards...

Assuming that your CSL device is the same as the one here, it is using the r8712u driver, which is included in all recent Puppies.

If you run this device in Slacko57, you may have trouble getting the firmware loaded properly.
