Built from slackbuilds:

apache-ant-1.9.9-noarch-1_SBo.tgz
ant-contrib-0.6-x86_64-1_SBo.tgz

I'm not sure what the second package I built "ant-contrib" is for but I know that apache-ant is used to build java applications and I'm currently using it to try to build openJDK6.

audacious-2.5.1 for fatdog 710 and 720

I was looking for a good audio player and spotted
audacious64-2.5.1.pet , which was available for early versions of fatdog.

I converted it into a proper fatdog package.
I decided to put the libraries into /opt to avoid mixing with more recent libraries.
Then I used a wrapper script to load the libraries separately.

An icon is placed on desktop after a restart of Xwindows.
This is useful to drag audio files to make a playlist.

Available: audacious-2.5.1-x86_64.txz

The most recent experimental versions of Blender won't run on fatdog 710
because a recent version of MESA is required for glibc224 and openGL 2.1

However I found a version that is stable and will run on fatdog 710

If anybody interested in Atom Text editor , There is a simple way to get latest version (1.31.1) from their site!

Only download latest version .Deb file and convert it to fatdog package in rox file manager's contexts menu.

I know this convert menu is in there for long time , but this post's importance is that sometimes ago , i am trying hard to do something like that , but unfortunately nothing works. everytime some libraries missed and everything gone wrong. I don't know what's changes during time , but , Now it's possible! Enjoy :D

///

also I am using 2 little useful apps that came from this .deb to txz converter and maybe useful for you:

Axel // simple terminal download manager
proxychains4 // proxy that can be used for any application and very easy to use.

I dont upload any of them , because convert them is so easy.

If you like axel, you may like the little GUI I made for it.

 Wow, Fantastic ...

As you know axel has'nt any download's queue , then, most of the times, i'm using bash's " && " to create queue's alternative! if it's possible to maintain this problem , this script is something more than all enterprise download managers!

After all, Thanks for your great work

wine64-3.0.3

I converted wine64-3.0.3_v4.1.pet
to a SFS package.

Dependency --> 32 bit SFS

Available:
wine64-3.0.3.sfs
https://drive.google.com/open?id=18vDFN ... BZTE2xMvG-

Size 79mb

Notes: It complains about ncurses not installed

I only checked with 32 bit programs in Fatdog64 710 and 720

by step
Dependency: perl 5.26.1 (included in devx.sfs or available in Package manager).
Fatdog64 version: 800 (search the "Packages" post in my signature for the Fatdog-72x version).

Rxvt Unicode (urxvt) 9.22 with true color support and extensions. If you are a console hound this package should appeal to you. It's the urxvt terminal with support for a 256 color palette and for true color (see "Color support" further down), It's also pre-configured with perl extensions that add named tabs, clickable URLs, on-the-fly font resizing, scroll buffer text search, and more. Install rxvt-unicode_perl_true_color_256-9.22_2017.10.24_0767fe7-x86_64-4 from Package manager. Binaries install into /usr/local/bin so they will coexist with the base urxvt package in /usr/bin. Perl is required for installation and use.

Instructions

This package appends a section to your ~/.Xresources file. Install then start /usr/local/bin/urxvt to test the new features:
  • C-A-r - search backwards in the scroll buffer. Up/Down Arrow keys jump to the next match. Escape exits search mode.
  • C-Up and C-Down - enlarge/shrink the font size. Tip: resize with unmaximized window then maximize it.
  • C-/ (slash) - show current font info.
  • C-= (equal) - select default font (applies to current tab).
  • S-Down - open new tab (repeat for more). To close the window close individual tabs with C-D or "exit".
  • S-Left/Right - switch to previous/next tab.
  • S-Up - rename tab, Escape exits, Enter renames.
  • Ctrl+middle-mouse button - display urxvt option menu.
  • Ctrl+right-mouse - display clipboard menu (first select some text in the terminal).
  • Clickable URLs are automatically highlighted. Middle click starts "defaultbrowser" (configurable in ~/.Xresources). To test type "echo http://murga-linux.com/puppy" in a terminal then press Enter. Middle click the output text.
  • C-A-u - search URLs in scroll buffer. Up/Down jumps to previous/next match. Enter activates defaultbrowser on the current match. y copies the match to the clipboard. More key bindings in ~/.Xresources.
Color support
Color palette: The base rxvt package supports an 88-color palette only, which isn't bad. However, many good color schemes for the terminal need 256 colors, especially if you want to use the same color scheme in your terminal and in some graphical applications, e.g. vim and gvim.

True color support (million colors) is a step-up traditionally not available in the master source. This build is patched for true color support. >>More info

James Bond wrote the instructions for making a 64 bit nvidia driver (pet or SFS)
It's for fatdog linux however the method is generalized and might work in other linux distros.
http://lightofdawn.org/wiki/wiki.cgi/Cr ... aDriverSFS

I made a nvidia graphics card package for fatdog64 710
It seems to work for nvidia gt 1030 that I have.

After install type in terminal

Code: Select all

depmod -a
nvidia.sfs

Fatdog64 version 800 has mpg123 built-in .
That's good !! so my ptmtimer app works by just installing the app.
So I made a package that doesn't have mpg123 inside.

gmic plugins work in fatdog64 v 800

For users of GIMP paint program, here are gmic plugins.
Lots of useful effects.

Warning that it needs libfftw3 to be installed as well.
That can be found in fatdog repository

Abiword in fatdog64-800? I made a portable app in chroot mode from a 32 bit package posted in DebianDog thread with the fredx181's tool create-portable64.

abiword-portable_3.0.0-chroot.AppImage:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/12Bmm-I ... sp=sharing

It runs in fatdog64. Not sure if 32bit compatibility sfs loaded is needed.

I would think it does need 32 bit compatibility.
You can check by shutting off 'http://distro.ibiblio.org/fatdog/sfs/80 ... 64_800.sfs '
in System SFS in Control Panel
