Precise 5.6.4 alpha

I compiled a small QT web browser named Qupzilla in Precise 564 alpha.
I installed two qt pets that I made in Lupu last year and they worked
okay: qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.4-i686.pet and
qt-everywhere-opensource-src_DEV-4.8.4-i686.pet then followed the
build instructions in the qupzilla source code directory.
Anyhow, it seems to be working great in precise 564, videos at cnn.com
and youtube.com play well.
I don't really know how to package this so I'll leave that to someone
else who can do it if interested.

How does it compare to QtWeb? No compiling needed, just download and run.
On MacOS
QtWeb 11.4 MB
+ flash > ted.com, youtube.com ok
+ works well everywhere I tried
QupZilla 56 MB ?

They both work well, I don't know how it would compare in size if Barry
or pemasu compiled and packaged it.
It's still being developed, latest release was in May 2013, anyway
I just thought it looked interesting.
EDIT: I installed another application in ppm and it broke my Qupzilla, think I'll stick with firefox.

Finally - got round to trying this on my 10+yr old Acer laptop.
Absolutely brilliant - all seems to work OTB - and fast.
Not far from the perfect puppy - for me it is. Thanks for this.
Will play some more and then post a Hinfo report.
edit: Truly superb - no obvious issues - runs like a dream.
