Gravit Designer

Gravit Designer is a free (as in beer) design tool. Comes as an AppImage, runs in Fatdog631. Just one Linux Download for 32/64bit and it can also be used over the web in a browser, so it's probably java.

Forgot to mention, even though the page looks suspicious at first (no imprint, no information on the company ...) the company behind it is actually based in Berlin, Germany.
