Konqueror File Manager / Web Browser without KDE?

#1 Post by Max Headroom »

Just a Thought, is Possible or Viable to Separate Konqueror from KDE Desktop, I Think Konqueror is quite Clever Being Both a File Manager & Web Browser, Fast altho it might surely B' Faster without th' Bloat o' th' Rest o' th' K'Desktop eNvironment, & Fairly Generic Linux Feature, Not nearly as Naked as Rox File Manager ( Functional tho' it is ). What Size might it B' by itself & compared against Rox? 'Xtra Features gained besides th' aforestated WebBrowser... I Think this Option wood make a Great Alternative 2 Rox FM, Altho I Don't Process th' Surgical Skills Necessary! Any FeedBack Please...

Konqueror depends on KDE-base and KDE-libs, a minimal installation would be around 120 MB.
I use it myself in a full KDE:
