Just upgraded to tahrpup6.0.5. Copied in my old wallpaper which is dark bkgrd and i cannot see the text beneath the desktop icons. searched all over in .jwmrc and gtk themes. what is the trick?

also. what would it take to auto adjust so a light wallpaper bkgrd gets the dark text and vise-versa?

chrabak. Welcome. Right-click any desktop icon. Rox Filer, Options, Pinboard, Appearance - foreground-background (change as appropriate!).

Just try out several different combinations until your are satisfied.
