2.10-alpha Graveman

#1 Post by Billcnz »

Graveman was segfaulting on my laptop imediately after drive detection so I tried on my other PC from a terminal and it dies just after drive detection and before any conf file gets writen, the last part has a message about glibc detecting corruption:
Warning: Using ATA Packet interface.
Warning: The related Linux kernel interface code seems to be unmaintained.
Warning: There is absolutely NO DMA, operations thus are slow.
==================/usr/bin/cdrecord -prcap dev=/dev/hdc
==================/usr/bin/cdrecord -prcap dev=/dev/hdd
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (out): 0x0809e678 ***
Aborted
sh-3.00#

I also tried installing a later version of Graveman which required cdrdao for media detection. This one loaded OK but then crashed when trying to perform an operation such as saving a cd to iso.

yes, I know about that bug. :(
It must have something to do with the later glibc, although it's not much of a
version change. Pup 2.02 has glibc v2.3.4, Pup 2.10 has glibc 2.3.5.

I'm pinning my hopes on the new version of Graveman, not yet released.
