I just downloaded BerryXP for Icewm, but have no idea how to install it.
It just opens up with a bunch of icons and wallpaper that need to go into the theme.

How would I extract this (and where?)

Where did you download it from??
if it's a dotpup then it's already installed. Click on the Start menu and go up to Themes ( near the bottom of the menu ). Navigate sideways and select the theme you want.

It's been a while since I've installed a theme to IceWm, so I can't remember if it needs a reboot to get things going or not.
