Improve sleep, device name, energy consumption

hello
i regret there is no sleep option (with echo -n mem >/sys/power/state, it's difficult to manage correctly an unmount/mount procedure, a sleep link on desktop will fail after unmount/mount... Saving file should be activated just before sleeping mode)
i regret also i have to do manually the change of device name (from sdX to the name in windows)
and power management need to be upgraded: the consumption of my PC is 80w under Puppy and 40 under windows

i think these points are importants

Sleep sounds good. Should be getting 8 hours a day but am not even close to that
