Yad spinbox

#1 Post by cww »

Hi all
Hope I'm posting this in the right place.
I am using a touchscreen and need a yad spinbox that is big enough to use fingers or at least a stylus. Using markup on the label has worked best, but it would be nice if I didn't need a dozen <big> <big/> tags. If that would even work.

You need a better gtk+ theme designed for touch screen.

I don't know your level of ability, but if you are familiar with how gtk themes are installed and work (specifically gtk+-2.0) you can find two here, a part of Woof-CE.

Yes, that's probably the best way, That is, that's where the element sizes are controlled. I'll have to play with that. Trying to keep things as plain vanilla as possible, but Yad is the only important Gtk2 program on tte box.

I got a chance to try this and it showed some promise. But the spinbox no longer shows the up/down mouse arrows.
I get various messages about not finding the artwork for these.
Does anyone have, or can make a tarball that would include these?

Thanks
