Subject description: networking no longer working

Hello, I switched to using tahr 6.0.5 on my mini-pc. this is 8gb memory 4 processor with ssd disks. was working well, but now not.
Networking seems OK until you try to do something, then I find 100% errors (wifi & ethernet).
A new installation from DVD works fine,but after reboot from the hard disk fails.
Linux mint on the same box works fine.
ethernet is realtek 8169 using rtl8111/8168/8411 driver and wireless is BCM43225 with proper driver.
Tahr version is 32 bit, maybe I should switch to 64 bit, but it was working for a couple of weeks.
If this is posted in the wrong place, kindly inform me.
regards, john

you probably want "beginners help" (or) "users" for this topic, those are help forums.

have you tried booting with *only* the ethernet or the wifi active?

in other words, if the wifi is usb, have you tried removing it and booting without it? or try disabling one of them using rmmod and see if it works properly then.

possibly easier to diagnose one at a time, especially if theyre running into each other.

Have you done the Tahrpup update?
Quickpet->Info->Tahrpup updates

Give example of what the errors are?

Frugal or full install of Tahrpup?
If frugal, using save file or save folder?

Are you saying network works OK on first boot of this install, but not on second boot?
