Tahr64 setup instruction for firewall changed

Computer used: iMac 11,2
OS: Puppy Linux, Tahr64, ver 6.0.5
How used: Boot from Live cd
Problem: Setup instructions for firewall changed
Symtoms:
- 15 to 20 seconds for setup menu to come on screen
- Firewall icon grayed out
- instructed to activate firewall after initializing ethernet

That looks like normal operation of the firewall, now, on initial first bootup.
After you do get it setup and do a save at first shutdown.
At next bootup the firewall should be active.

this was required, because the firewall was keeping initial setup of the Ethernet from working.
After Ethernet is setup, firewall setup adjusts for the proper setup and this gets saved in the Puppy save file/folder, when you make one on shutdown.
