Slacko64 4.3.0 making flashdrive with f2fs

#1 Post by RickGT351 »

I have had several attempts at making a flashdrive with f2fs to use on a laptop, which doesn't have a working cd drive. When the GParted part of the operation has finished, there is an error triangle next to the f2fs partition.(First image) Info says the f2fs is not readable and that the package f2fs-tools needs to be installed.(2nd image) Did that but it made no difference.
The end result is a flashdrive that when put in the laptop, gives a menu but won't go any further. I have tried using 2 different flashdrives with the same result

The f2fs utility worked for me with Slacko 6.3.0 32-bit. Only issue was library computers here couldn't see the ext or f2fs stuff I saved when I plugged in the stick later because they were windows, so I did it again after in universal installer for convenience.
