Linux Distros are ugly out of the box.
Let's face it, Microsoft did a good job in making XP, vista & windows 7 look good.
Winpup-64 is styled to look like windows.
It's a derivative of tahrpup-64 6.05
I tweaked Joe's window manager to the max, to make it look good.
Added gtk2 & gtk3 styling to give it a windows 7 theme.
Added kodi 16.1
Pale moon has been tricked out with extensions to make it more useful.
Rox filer has been tweaked to make it more easy.
Win Puppy has been updated.

From your posted pictures, I am not seeing much of a difference from a normal Puppy?
In fact, my Windows 10 looks more like Puppy.
Example:
this looks a lot like it does in Windows 10.

The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected

It's great Lassar, Welcome to puppy family.
I also remaster xenialpup that is very nice (i think ).
I call it limuks. It face like Elcapitan (osx) or windows 10 or windows 8. Just change gtktheme (it is very-very close to windows and jwmtheme. You can go there:
