Hello all.

Here is an interesting read on the legal aspect of Internet bullying.
Ref.: https://www.teachers.ab.ca/Publications ... reana.aspx

Title: Cyberbullying in the Canadian Legal Arena
Published in the Alberta Teachers Association magazine,
Volume 89, 2008-09, Number 2.

Focused on the Canadian context and on bullying of students by students,
parts of the article do extend to other areas, such as the responsibility
of the Internet Service Provider and of the bully.

You may find this page by the R.C.M.P. of interest also:
http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cycp-cpcj/bul ... ex-eng.htm

Starting +/- at the middle of the page, the effects of cyber-bullying
on the person being bullied AND on the bully, as described by our
federal police officers.

musher0 , so are we expressing an opinion or just stating Canadian law? I suspect this is in reference to some other thread which I haven't read.
