Program for drawing local network

#1 Post by Scooby »

I need to make a "Blueprint" of a local network that are pretty entangled.

Does anyone know of any good programs with easy support
to draw up a local network.

As a secondary question does anyone know if overlapping routers
with the same SSID can cause computers to go "Reduced network connection".

Yeah this network is mostly Win.

dia is OK. http://dia-installer.de/. It is in slacko (salix actually) repo so it will be in most distro's repos I guess.

There are plugins for different types of hardware available.

Mine came with Network, Cisco Network and Cisco Switch sheets
I am not sure I liked them so will look for other plugins or maybe
do some of my own.

Again thanks for this useful tip
