Hi folks,

I'm a newbie to Pupland & really pleased it frugally boots from USB!

My main HD Mint 17.3 install no longer boots & is in a start mdm/xsession loop.

Tahrpup to the rescue. There might be a simple fix if I can access the /home partition - unfortunately the mount details are hidden as lvm2 was used.

Any help would be really appreciated Smile

PS. Apologies if this was posted to the wrong section - (newbie defense)

Fortunately my old mainframe (2007 Dell D420) is back in business now.

Thanks anyway for the cracking system (definitely no pup Smile

Cheers

PS Excuse my minor panic, my old lab (also no pup) was acting up
