Ibiblio Link Problem?

Good Morning all, I have noticed for the past couple of days that the Puppy download page Ibiblio url link is dead, I have tried different machines.
Other Ibiblio sources are operating.
It appears to be a problem with that Ibiblio site from the Puppy link.
A redirection may be an idea.
Is anyone elst having this problem?

That may well be an excellent explanation "GT", I was brought to my attention after someone couldn't obtain P2.
It may need the url in the Puppy site to be altered.
