The glibc tweak is set in order to run the included flashplayer 24.0. Used tahr's up-to-date glibc. The package overwrite defaultbrowser to use seamonkey as default browser.

Someone on the chatroom was saying they couldn't get latest Seamonkey to work in wary 5.5. I sent them a link to your post but they kept saying "it should already work automatically, why I should have to download a pet you haven't even tested". I talked about how puppy is an adventure and you never know unless you try and someone has to be the test pioneer but got nowhere. Sorry, some feedback about if your pet works from them would have been nice but some people are just difficult. 
I think it's the case of remembering users to install dbus and dbus-glib in wary before using any modern browser.
