Sounds like you need swap. Do you have any?
Slacko64 6.3.2 -- Installation was frugal and I installed Puppy on my hard drive.
So frugal with a save file or folder, correct?

If the above, to which type of file system?

==

Firefox that came with Slacko, or newer?

Swap, good! Frugal, good!

If you're running any extensions, start FF in safe mode with "firefox --safe-mode" and run it for awhile.. See what happens.

:idea: If you open Slacko's pkg manager and update it, you may find "mozilla-firefox-45.7.0esr-x86_64-1_slack14.1.txz" listed.
