I suggest for the new puppy version.
The most important.Looking for good games.Preinstalled.
Like other applications.
Average People on internet play games or looking for porn.
Many people use XP windows because they can play their
old games. This is why linux in general lost every year users.
And a good game dont need nesesary always the best hardware.

games.Preinstalled.
Puppy is all about being a small, in size, full featured operating system.
It does not come with, anything, but some simple small games, for a good reason.

A lot of computer games are bigger in size than Puppy.

No Windows operating system comes with games pre-installed! Well, maybe Solitaire card game.

I guess you never installed Windows from having nothing on the computer.

Computer manufactures put all kinds of added stuff on their computers.

By that logic there's another option

Could possibly also have download links to sfses full of games maybe two options, light weight for modest systems and heavy with more graphic intense but pretty options.

But like Bigpup said, Windows doesn't come with any games other than solitaire so I'd think we'd have them beat with xinvaders? Actually pinball, I remember pinball being included in my old xp installation disk I think.

But I think if OP just searches 'game' in Puppy Package Manager (PPM), He would get many games.

I think the OP is said something about old windows games. Well sadly, you'll need to dual-boot for that. A lot of older games don't run properly under wine, and only a few have linux ports made.

I start the thead after I saw the statistics of windows-linux users.
Linux was 10% and now 3%.
And most linux are ubuntu users.I dont like the ubuntu
And I find the puppy after months of search for OS by luck.Because of problems of my hard disk and looking for live usb.
I think the ubuntu have most users because of their app-store.
Why not puppy too?

I've always thought a picture preview with a short review and ratings Puppy Package Manger would be cool. Even made a mock up but I think it's beyond my GTK skills even just adding a picture . I gave Linux Mint a spin a little while back and noticed that's how they do things. I was quite surprised though that their default repos weren't as large as I thought they would be.

I've usually found old games to work in Wine and their ports compiled for Linux too. Maybe I am lucky.
