Hard drive install (Normal) missing /opt

#1 Post by Billcnz »

I remastered 210-beta to include kdelibs+k3b and then I installed from the remaster to hard drive with the universal installer. I the booted the hard drive install but the install script had missed /opt so k3b didn't work. It was easy to fix, I just rebooted from the CD and then did: cp -ax /opt /mnt/hda4, but I'm just wondering why the install script doesn't just pick up the whole of "/" when it's doing a full hard drive install, that way it would get any added directories or user customisations.

Hmmm, okay, I've written that one down in the bug-to-do-list.
