able to use it with ubuntu and like to get it working.

I am using another wifi adapter Atheros chip. can someone guide me to how to get this to work in Pup?

Please explain how you got it working in Ubuntu. Was it auto-detected or did you have to build the driver? Details please.

It's possible to also build it in Puppy.

I have the small version of this adapter and it never worked very well.

it did NOT auto-detect on 16.04. I followed instructions here and rebooted and was detected.

it uses realtek driver, rtl8812au

Would appreciate any help in getting this to work on pupppy.
