Windows XP patches cause rise in users as Windows 10 stalls (again)

Windows XP patches cause rise in users
Those are totally meaningless figures -percentages.
The only meaningful figures would be the actual number of users.
The percentage of XP useres will go up if the number of XP users remain the same and the number of users of 10 and 8 went down by switching to 7 , Linux or nothing.
