does anybody know how to install the latest release of Luakit and the dependencies in Precise Puppy 5.7.1?

When you include a link in your post hilight it and hit the URL button . That way it becomes a clickable link and saves having to copy, clean field ,select, paste in the browser.

The notes on that site on the download page indicate that you must compile from source and you need all the listed dependancies plus the devx.sfs for precise to do it . I use 5.7.1 also but I would find that one hard as it need sqllite3 and other difficult to install ones also.

I would ask Phil of "quickpet precise" fame if he could have a look at it for you and maybe he might include it there . I'd be interested in having a look at it too as adblock does not install on Seamonkey 2.46 now but it is available on Luakit

Hello,

I have tried the latest release of Luakit in Antix and it runs very fast. I think it will be a good option for very old machines like my Intel Pentium 4.
