I am not familiar with Slacko64 puppys, but in my Lucid 5.2.8.7 and most older puppies, Midori is already installed, could that be a reason for the troubles? It is used by the Cups Printer Wizard.

True, after one or two minutes Midori crashes. No wonder, i am not missing browsers, they are quite to many.
Palemoon does what i need.
