I deleted the first iso right after downloading, just dragging the 5 files needed for grub4dos into a folder, so was kind of angry that these are all iso deltas. One day maybe I'll redownload the original iso again and apply the current delta so I can find more bugs so you'll have even more deltas to download Laughing and you can too Laughing lets contribute to more ongoing delta madness Twisted Evil Laughing

Not me, Sailor...I am a Peebee disciple now Wink. Contrast his staying on top of his creations versus nearly all of us who throw something out there & never, lol, keep it updated. We are guilty. We have sinned. Heck, even with the major wpa-supplicant problem just a few days old, ole' Zesty was patched within 24 hrs of the patch coming out of Ubuntu. Who else does that (besides, of course, the ddogs that automatically do it with simple apt-get)? That's unheard of in puppyland. Very Happy

So give me them thar deltas...I luv 'em....I want 'em....I need 'em ....I'm addicted to 'em......heck, sometimes wish I could apply a "delta" to my wife Laughing Laughing .....or better, my darn knees & lower back.......give me Blade Runner DELTAS too....all deltas, keep 'em coming! Cool

Nobody yet tested PPM and wireless connexions ? And U-light the default browser.. A puppy has to be tested first in what it brings different IMO. In What it dares. Adventurers, take note! told us the hungarian forum (magyar spoken)

**YAD.....

17.10.16 delta brings:

- ffmpeg-2.8.11 with thanks to 666philb - test .flac now plays...

- jwm_config/shortcuts in woofCE update from zigbert - I think - but I don't see new behaviour in ROX - maybe I missed something? ....needs testing....

**YAD = Yet Another Delta - <20MB much easier to UPLOAD than 250MB!!!

There have been 2 isos and 12 deltas since we started this process....

This has nothing to do with Rox.

Did it and using the Nvidia driver.
Had no problems.
Used Getnvidia from here:
getnvidia-1.0.pet
http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=72405

What driver you trying to compile?
What specific version of ZestyPup?

The older nvidia drivers are not being updated for the newer kernels....

You may need to install an older kernel? 4.4 and 3.16 are available....

I'm not on my desktop with nvidia but I think you may have the same card - and it uses the 304.137 driver which has been updated to kernel 4.13 status so is fine for 4.9

Suggest you check on the nvidia site for the correct driver....

Hi PeeBee Smile
still running 17.10.15

I got the ROXs expected behaviour by copying ROX-filer binary (605K) from 17.10.01 (inside the directory /usr/local/apps/ROX-Filer/ROX-Filer/ )and replacing the existing one (665K...note the size difference).
