Please send this message to the Puppy forum for me
Could someone with a Puppy forum account ( http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy ) please post this bug report in the Puppy forum and email it to the Puppy forum administrator?

Bug Report

I never received the confirmation email for registering at the murga-linux Puppy forum.

I tried to re-register with a different username but it said no because my email already had a username connected to it.

I tried to use the "forgot password" function but it said no because there was no active username by that name.

It said to contact the admin but it gave no contact information and you can't see profiles unless you are a logged-in member.

I emailed John Murga days ago but have not received any reply.

I emailed a Puppy wiki organizer with a Puppy forum username of "raffy" or something like that but have not received any reply.

Puppy forum administrator, please send confirmation emails to November 2017 registrants who have not confirmed yet.

Thank you.

There is no LQ Newbie in the forum's member list, either inactive or active. Perhaps he used a different name in the Puppy forum, one that he didn't mention?

How about this. His handle is "mailer". He is on Linux Questions Forums as a new member or "LQ Newbie"

I wonder what email provider this person is using. My experience is that you can't use hotmail/outlook/live to join. Micro$oft will automatically destroy the message before you can get it (it won't even go into their Junk folder). If you use gmail, the activation message will eventually appear in the Spam folder. At least this is how it all worked for me in 2016.

There is no "mailer" in the forum's member list either.

I'm confused myself

I myself do not know what he is doing to register here. It is not rocket science.

He claims he registered. Flash says he didn't. I posted in the LQ thread, for him to come back here and read this thread.
