How do you e-mail a dev on github? [RE-SOLVED]

I have a question about UTF-8 I'd like to ask the dev/maintainer of waimea on github.

Probably I'm just clumsy, but I can't seem to find his contact e-mail.

Hello again, all.

I just registered with github, and it's such a complication just to ask a question to a dev.
That site is driving me nuts.

I had to create a fake project and when I wanted to "explore" how to get in touch with the
person, github presented me with a page that froze my old opera. I did it twice to make
sure, so it froze twice !!! (Not funny, actually.)

If someone already registered with github could kindly ask that dev to get in touch
with me, I will give you my coordinates. Or ask him to register on this forum?
