INTEL SPI bug corrupts bios and uefi

There is a bug in linux kernel where intel spi modules is enabled. It corrupts BIOS and UEFI. This makes computers bricked. Artful was pulled out because of this bug.

Does this affect peebee's ArtfulPup?

@musher0 just open at the DOTconfig file in /etc/modules of ArtfulPup. Then search INTEL_SPI keyword. If it is set to "y" or "m". Then there is a high risk that ArtfulPup is affected by this bug. Not only ArtfulPup but other distro with INTEL_SPI support as well.

mavrothal has explained why it does NOT affect peebee's ArtfulPup, here:
