I know we have a few applications that do the job. This one was originally from Scottman. I added a YAD front end and it also combines debs, now. Needs deb2pet and Yet Another Dialog (YAD).

Combine Debs and Pets into One
I guess a how to use would be nice:
Make a directory in root directory with chosen pet name: Like Chrome-2.6.4
Copy all debs and pets into that directory.
Launch the combine program and click into the given directory name (like above Chrome-2.6.4).
Click ok and program starts unpacking and combining. The final product will be in the file subdirectory.
