Hi friend,
First of all, writing in caps is considered as yelling and is rude.
So do not write with caps lock on.

Now, I think fsab only deals with how your drives gets mounted and stuff and may not be the reason for failure to boot, so spacefm maybe telling you about the OS you used to check the usb drive.
I am a noob though, so I may be wrong.

Did you place a tick in the box to make the USB bootable? ☑ ?

This indicates something is wrong with the file system (format) on the USB.

If this is a USB flash drive.
They do go bad (physically).

If a reformat does not fix it.
Do a complete delete of all partitions.
Create a new partition table.
Create new partition(S) and format.
If more than 1 partition.
Make sure the first partition is flagged boot.

If it still will not make a boot-able install of an OPS.

The USB flash drive has probably gone bad. Physically has damage.
