I have an iMac with the Broadcom b4321 WLAN. I found that Tahr64 6.0 connects wirelessly, then I tried 6,0,2 still ok. Next 6.0.5 no WLAN card found. Same story with 6.0.6. I then tried going back and 6.0.2 no longer worked. These were all from internal CD-RW. I will be following through all your did to see if I can understand and fix the later versions of Tahr.
