How to change the screen resolution with no Start menu?

How can I launch Settings/Display when the start menu isn't visible? I need to change the screen resolution ...

What version of Puppy?????
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected :shock:

right click on clear section of desktop brings up menu

F12 brings up the Start menu in Quirky Werewolf 64.

too bad that applications point downward so I can't see settings
