I feel this would be useful. Most of the time when installing new Puppy I would like to retain:

config (mouse and keyboard and resolution)
bookmarks
mail and FTp settings

Some of this could be on a secure and registerable on-line server (anyone up for that?)

PS.
Before I forget . . .
You can not run Mozilla Mail if running Mozilla (you have to close Mozilla mail first and Puppy prompts you to do this)
However if you run Mozilla mail first then you can open Mozilla Browser

is this a bug Question
