Which Puppy's have PULSEAUDIO incorpored?

Is the use out the commando line possible (and easy), for ex. to read (and record) separately the sound coming from the browser or other sound supplying application?

Have you tried installing pulseaudio?

I don't know the answer (I don't think I've seen a Puppy with pulseaudio - it is an unnecessary layer of abstraction, after all), but what you want to do is possible with just alsa, even if your sound card doesn't provide a "mix" control.

If you have trouble finding a puppy with the kernel module, there is also another more cumbersome method described at https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=97598

Oui,
Searching on the subject,i understand the question now and how useful,if needed, pulse could be.
nice howto, will give those a try!
Jack and alsa loopback could do it but not easily.
Test a few chromium ¨switches¨ to get it working with jack, for fun,did not work.
Thanks for bringing up pulse question,i learn some more!+ Pulse reading
