Yes, I have been using that, which is good.
I need to run scripts (in particular the G4U ghosting script).
It calls ftpput.
ftpput is in the latest release of BusyBox,
but not available in puppy it seems or the busybox in puppy.
Should I download the source for the latest busybox and attempt to compile it ?
The instructions for busy box say 'Just Make the source..'.
When I type "Computer, Please make the source and construct busybox for me" I get Unkown command error.
Is there a pre-compiled busy box for slcakware somewhere ?, or is that too easy.
Do I have to spend weeks fiddling with geek language ?
Ultimately I hope to have a Puppy based G4U (Ghost for Linux) which allows ghosting and restoring of hard disk partitions via a USB key (with puppy on it).
It would be very easy to accomplish if puppy had ftpput.
I will provide the instructions in simple language, when I have finally worked out how to do this.
..??
