@ rockedge, I suspect that to be hyperbole born of fondness for Weedog and ignorance of Puli. gjuhasz has built some rather clever and unique mechanisms into Puli which, no doubt, required a great deal of time, knowledge and effort.

If EBored spent the time and effort to learn how gjuhasz managed it --even if taking a short-cut by carefully dissecting Puli-- and to fully learn how to configure WeeDog, comparable or even superior security might be obtained. That, however, is a big IF. And even then, I doubt that the comparison could accurately be discussed as being on different levels of magnitude.

I've used Puli and I like it a lot and I wouldn't set out to top it
