Hi rockedge, Thanks for the boot instructions. The absence of vmlinuz is what prompted me to ask for help. What could be making vmlinuz not to be built. I did the build process on stretchdog 32 frugally installed on an ntfs partition.

I think the problem is the NTFS partition. Is it possible to build on a Linux file system like ext3?

Hi rockedge

My newly built weedog can not boot. Attached is my build folder and menu.lst. it throws error 15 when booting.

From what I see at your screenshots is that the directory you're booting from is named "weedoggg" and in menu.lst it's named "weedog", so I guess the problem is that it doesn't match with each other.

yes I agree it looks like a simple typing error. Fix up the menu.lst or rename
/mnt/sda2/weedoggg and give that a try!

let us know how you make out!
