Had you looked on the Teamviewer thread in the Additional Software Forum you would have found this, http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?p=1028503#1028503 and the following posts. Note gjuhasz's work-around and RedQuine's switch to Anydesk.
P.S. Almost every Application has it's own thread. In the absence of such thread, posting to the thread of the particular relevant Puppy will usually generate the quickest, most informative responses.

After completing this update.
Puppy Package Manager(PPM)
Did a search for TeamViewer
Downloaded and installed TeamViewer_14.1-x86_64
It did also install a large amount of dependency files/programs.
Seems to be working, but I really do not know how to use it.
