How to edit deskstop Icon right-click menu?

Hi all
I am new to puppy linux and I want to remove the options which are disply on right clicking desktop icons . i.e copy to ,packit ,rox ,edit item ,remove backdrop,add panel..

Those are all useful, at some time!

Always, always, always, always tell us what specific Puppy version you are using??????
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected :shock:

Yes deffinetly those options are useful .. but I want to do some costmization and want to give some icons on desktop which coud not be edited or is there any way to block user doing right click and doing left click that application will also run . I am using puppy 7.5 xenial puppy with jwm manager

Actully I don't want to give permission to user to edit those icons ..or do any modification in that

The only chance to do this is to compile Rox Filer by yourself and removing its right-click function to modify the menu. But then, it still can be modified by editing /root/.config/rox.sourceforge.net/OpenWith manually.

So, I think there's no chance to achieve your goal.

Anyone by more detailed knowledge may proof me wrong.
