For trading platforms:

Welcome Mate!

Possible? Sure.

Practical? No.

Your "sites / programs list" are extremely Win-centric.

But then this would depend on your Linux background(?).

Are you familiar with running Windows applications within Wine?

Are you looking for a quick, free and faultless "WHAM-BAM" type setup?

What have you researched and can you provide a brief summary of your findings?

yes

I am looking for a secure distro for trading on the financial market. Algorithmic Trading. Backtesty.

Most trading platforms are under Windows.
Is it safer to use wine or virtualize windows?

The os must be stable and secure.
Privacy is intended to protect against insider in LTE infrastructure (criminal groups have informants in gsm, lte networks).

Idea from past:
How about a Stock Market Puppy (SMP)?
could be used to build a nice Puppy Linux trading distribution

For what you've asked about, what you'd need and your *probable* Linux experience, I'll suggest a Debian based, rolling-release type system. Unless you're capable of *manually* keeping your Internet facing applications up-to-date, NOT Pup.
