import favourites fom floppy disc

Help please I need to import favourites from a floppy .Is there a method I can use Michael

The favourites for Firefox should be in /root/.mozilla/firefox/[one strange directory name, mine is zg0d0em7.default]/bookmarks.html.
For Seamonkey, they are in /root/.mozilla/default/[one strange directory name, mine is r3y1skkw.slt]/bookmarks.html
Just transfer this file with your floppy disk.
