Apple Airport Modem Monitoring and Hangup Utility

I have a "Snow" Apple Airport with built in modem that I use to share my dial-up internet. There is a free Java application that is supposed to run on any operating system with Java. The application as well as the source code can be downloaded here.

It runs well on Windows and Mac OSX but I can not get it to work on Puppy 2.10 with Java 1.5.0_08. I get the error shown below. I'm no Java expert. Does anyone have any ideas?
