No puedo instalar Puppy Linux

Tras hacer todos los pasos y probando muchas veces, me sale este mensaje:

"Kernel panic – not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= options to kernel.

He ido apuntando todas las pantallas que me iban apareciendo mientras iba instalándolo, por si os sirve para ayudarme:

if the above report is that the partition is mounted, you need to unmount it right now, but if report is it cannot be unmounted, the there may be install difficulties -- certainly, in the case of install to hard drive you will only if the partition as lupusave.3fs in it, that is the reason it cannot be unmounted --- it is currently in use by puppy if booting Puppy live-CD, if lupusave.3fs does not exist then Puppy will run totally in ram, wich will solve the problem -- but you shoul not delete or rename lupusave.3fs right now as it is in use. Instead, boot some other OS then rename the file, then boot Puppy live-CD

Bottom-line, unmount the partition now, if you can, otherwise CONTINUE script with the restricted install choice, our QUIT scripy now and try to fix the problem of the partition getting mounted.

Grub4Dos instalado correctamente. El archivo (s), 'gldr "," menu.lst "está encendido / initrd / mnt / dev_save
Puede editar 'menu.lst' antes de reiniciar el sistema.

Antiguo MBR se guarda: /initrd/mnt/dev_save/sda_mbr.bak
Para restaurar MBR, tipo siguiente comando en la consola:

cat / initrd / mnt / dev_save / sda_mbr.bak> / dev / sda

Ya lo había instalado en ese mismo ordenador otras veces y si que me funcionó.

Especificaciones de la pc?
Como esta particionado el disco?
Es una instalación dual osea windows en un particion puppy en otra?
es instalacion frugal o full la que quieres?
perdon por la forma de responder pero mas datos podrian ayudarle a otros a descifrar el problema.

Se trata de un Compaq Armada con PIII.
Con 700Mz de velocidad de procesador y la memoria Es de 128 Megas
El disco es de 12 Gigas y no tiene particiones, ya que mi intención es poner solamente Puppy.
Aunque ahora que lo ienso, debería tener al menos dos particiones.
¿A que si?.

Ya de paso, cuento una cosa curiosa:
Al intentar instalarlo, me dice algo sobre Windows y no sé de dónde saca eso, pues el disco duro está formateado desde Puppy (el CD) y gparted, en ese mismo ordenador.
Gracias y si me he dejado algo, te rogaría que me lo dijeras, que soy muy despistado.

La distribución que le intento meter, es Lupu 5,25
Ya os conté más arriba, que esa misma distribución, ya la tuve instalada hace algún tiempo en ese mismo ordenador.
No sé si se me ha olvidado algún paso o qué...
